Meet John – Owner & Lead Technician
John, the owner and lead technician of Euro Auto Works, brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in full-service automotive repair and maintenance. His career began at Mercedes-Benz of Morristown in 1996, where he rose through the ranks to earn the prestigious Master Guild Technician status—an honor achieved by only a select few, and in just seven years.
With more than 15 years as a lead technician, John's expertise spans a wide range of European vehicles, with a special focus on precision diagnostics and complex repairs. His passion for the craft and dedication to quality service led him to establish Euro Auto Works, a trusted, independent repair center serving Morris County and beyond.
A lifelong resident of the area, John now calls Denville home. When he’s not in the shop, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and restoring classic cars—yet another testament to his lifelong love of all things automotive.

Daniil Plotovski – Master Auto Technician
Daniil Plotovski has been officially working in the automotive industry since 1992. While still in technical school, he began gaining hands-on experience at an independent repair shop.
From a young age, Daniil was passionate about cars and motorcycles and never imagined pursuing any other career.
He graduated from Union County Vo-Tech in 1993 with all ASE certifications and was hired by a Mercedes-Benz dealership in 1994, where he successfully completed all Mercedes training programs and earned multiple certificates. In 2008, Daniil partnered with several independent repair shops before joining Euro Auto Works in 2011.
With over 30 years of experience, Daniil has extensive expertise in all aspects of the automotive trade. He specializes in Mercedes-Benz and other European vehicles while maintaining broad knowledge across all makes and models.
Daniil is passionate about diagnosing complex issues and finding the most effective solutions to get vehicles running smoothly. He takes great pride in his work, and there is nothing more rewarding to him than achieving complete customer satisfaction.
He values the strong relationships among the Euro Auto Works team, describing it as feeling like part of a family.
Outside of work, Daniil enjoys motorcycles, fast cars, racing, traveling on his bike whenever possible, as well as camping, fishing, hunting, and skydiving.
Vitali Ramanenka – Senior Automotive Technician
With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Vitali brings a wealth of expertise and precision to every repair. His career began in Belarus, where he honed his hands-on skills and later advanced his training at an official Volkswagen dealership. Driven by a lifelong fascination with machines—sparked by his father’s early lessons—Vitali turned his passion into a highly skilled profession.
He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree (equivalent to a U.S. Master’s degree) and has completed extensive factory training, including expertise with OEM diagnostic platforms like Mercedes Xentry, BMW ISTA, and JLR SDD/Pathfinder.
Vitali specializes in advanced diagnostics, electrical systems, engine management, and electronic modules. He has deep experience with European brands such as Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, Audi, Bentley, Maserati, and Ferrari, as well as heavy-duty trucks and American vehicles.
A career highlight was rebuilding a 2018 BMW 650i Twin Turbo V8 engine, a complex project requiring total disassembly, precise rebuilding, and exceptional technical skill—a proud moment when the engine roared back to life. Known for being methodical, persistent, and data-driven, Vitali is committed to finding the root cause of every issue and delivering repairs that stand the test of time.
Outside of work, he enjoys personal car projects, traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new technologies and investing. His colleagues describe him as determined, dependable, and knowledgeable—a true professional who treats every vehicle like his own.
Max Peshkov – Automotive Technician
With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Max brings exceptional skill and precision to every job. He began his career at an auto repair shop in Moscow and holds both a professional mechanic school diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Management in the Car Industry from Moscow University.
Specializing in car diagnostics, suspension, brake systems, engines, and transmissions, Max has extensive expertise with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Toyota, Lexus, Audi, Porsche, and Mini vehicles. His approach to every repair focuses on careful, accurate diagnostics and high-quality work that strictly follows manufacturer technology standards.
One of his most challenging and proudest projects was a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman engine repair, which involved valve and piston ring replacement. Known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to self-improvement, Max takes pride in delivering results that lead to satisfied customers.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and calisthenics workouts. His colleagues describe him as a hard worker who values relationships and quick decision-making.
